What about slings in "Open" class?

I assume the use of shooting jackets is still not allowed?

There was a shortage of sandbags the last day, some had 'em & some didn't.

Have we a start time?

Costs?

Cost wise 20 Euro for non members and 10 Euro for members, the balance will be made up from VCRAI funds.

Time and course of fire is up to yourselves.

We will have the new medals ready for the competition.

Deliberate omission that was well spotted ;) Seeing how impressively several compeditators managed with less, it may be an idea to carry-on as before - 'open class' / 'as Issued'. Example; any sling or/and shooting jacket (open class) Resting the supporting hand on top of the bag. It's how match rifle shooters do it in the prone position with a rest for the front hand or forearm which is allowed.

I'll assume "as issued" is as before just enforcing the "no sling" rule and while we're at it the no shooting jackets rule, as to be fair it has been there all along, but sandbags/rest allowed?

Don't shoot in "open" so .............. no comment ;)

Back bags are not allowed in either as usual too I imagine?

Lads I would like an imput from VCRAI members / site members. I'm getting the New Medals made up for the competition in April and I am looking for a JPEG of Lee Enfield Cross Rifles for the front of the Medals.

Something like this or better.

Being pedantic, as usual, but what about the lads who don't have Enfields?

I wouldn't want a medal with a K31 on it if I won :P

Bunny you being you, if I had said K31 you'd want Lee Enfields. Any chance of having constructive input please.

If you read my post see (Maybe Marksman) So the question is open to all ideas.

I would indeed :D BUT in fairness it should be something neutral. Stops anyone moaning after the event ;)

Hi Mick,

Will you make up a gold one for me with a pair of Schmidt-Rubin K31@s ;)

And don't forget one for PK with a set of Steyr-Mannlicher M95/30 ;)

Paul.
